Hi guys, I'm looking for a booster for my rig, came down to the 2 of the above but do not know which one to get. I DO NOT play metal/punk at all, touch abit on stuff like RHCP, soft and hard rock, Christian rock too.

Need some comments on the both of the pedals, hopefully it will help me make my decision too. Thanks

from one point of view, they're almost in a different league, but tone is subjective. imo, i like the slight crunchyness attainable from the microamp

for a clean boost, i still favour my MicroAmp. some disgruntled user would cite noise issues with this pedal but i connect mine in parallel & it's definitely not noise inducing, it's not a genre-specific pedal.

the NANO LPB-1 has a fattening effect; it fortifies the bass end but in use with certain drive-type pedals/ amp's drive channels, it might induce ill-definition.

do try both pedals with your set up if it's within your means.

i own the Behringer booster. it works well, but not recommended for players who rely on durability... it's part of my silent set-up:

that's my super handy Toneworks Ampworks. i keep it in the office these days. it's an amp emulator with some complementary effects in the modules. not exactly tone nirvana but it addresses my needs for a quiet set up 8)
