Commendation on a certain staff

Hi all,

I went to Swee Lee's Bras Basah outlet this afternoon to grab a new acoustic. I had always expected bad service or no service, but this time I was given quite a surprise. A certain staff member really made my time there pleasant and enjoyable. Not sure his name, but he is a tall Malay with glasses and short hair.

He was very patient and friendly, and allowed me to try pretty much all the guitars I fancied. He also gave comments on certain guitars, and helped to make my decisions easier. I tried guitar after guitar and busy as he was with other customers, he remained patient and friendly.

I tried an electro-acoustic as well, and when there was a slight problem with the guitar's pickup, he went to change the battery for me so I could still try.

In the end, I decided on an Ibanez SGT120 acoustic, as well as a Ritter padded gigbag and two packs of strings. As I chose my strings, he spent time cleaning up and polishing my new guitar.

I make it a point to share if I have good experiences, so yeah, this helpful guy really made my visit a pleasant one.

we sometimes go into guitar shops with this haunting that the rotten incidences cited by others would happen to us. we should not have preconceived opinions on matters which have yet to occur. glad to read your pleasant experience.

Would like to commend Adam for the excellent customer service. He called me up to inform me of the arrival of a new product that I have been enquiring. Even let me know that his colleague will update me further because he will not be in this coming week.
