City Music's Service is Top Notch

I would just like to share that City Music's customer service is excellente. I called them like a month ago to reserve a Korg Pitchblack and had completely forgotten about it. Last Friday, I received phone call from one of their rep and informed me that they already have the tuner I reserved and askin' if I still want it. Of course I said yes and when I went there (same day), my name's on the stick on box with my number!! Cool... They really keep track of their customers! Not bad sales representatives there as well! :mrgreen:

yeah i agree with you, city music service is excellent! their in-house brand guitars are really good also, i got my first and only acoustic guitar from there, their in-house brand de, and i love it.

Yeah, it tracks the note very well... much faster than the TU-2. I also like the noiseless switch.

Another thumbs up from me. The younger fellas (dhalif(yes our very own dhalif) and the other malay bro(sorry didn't get his name)) are really helping to raise service standards there. I'm sure the others are good as well, but I speak from experience with these 2 dudes.

Yup they're great. Had a problem with my acoustic variax. One of the strings had no sound. They repaired the guitar for free and I got the guitar back the next day. All this despite the fact i got the guitar 2nd hand and had no warranty or receipt with me.

Wish they carried more brands of electric guitar though.

i've had nothing but good service from Citymusic too..

they'll ask you if ur lookin for anything..and if u say ur juz looking around, they'll leave you alone..

and if u need to try out a guitar/bass/amp/effects pedal, they'll gladly oblige.

dhalif was so nice...he offered to help me buy the wah and tuner i wanted at the city music sale some time back when i was stuck in the office and couldnt make it there on time. Well we both stay in the east so it was pretty easy to meet up, but i dint want to trouble him.

I went back the next day and bought both items quickly and without fuss, thanks Dhalif and the various CM staff who assisted me with my purchase
