The concert will feature a cross section of performers from the festival
which includes singapore's own Sonicbrat AKA Darren Ng who is an sound

established him as one of the most sort after sound designers and music
composer/arranger in the local theatre and art scenes.

The head of the School of Contemporary Music- Lindsay Vickery, who has been
active as composer and performer across Europe, the USA and Asia, will be
performing a rare solo sax and electronics set.

Flexible Performing Space:

This space has a flexible seating system, lighting and sound facilities that make it suitable for experimental performances and events.

looks pretty indoors, so yay!!! aircon!!!

Cool.. It's gonna be an weird experimental from me I guess.. Noise being put in a weird way..

Expect a little Sunn O))) too.. See you guys tomorrow!

Yep, indoor, aircon and quite a big space about two times the size of substation I think. Ok BUMP!!! Tomorrow is DDayHHour!

Today is the 2nd day of festival..

Greats today so can't wait! See you guys who are going there later today!
Improv all the way!

Yo man! I was totally doped by Aya and Yuta... when yuta came out in sunglasses and Aya on the loud hailer, and then AYA ran back to put on her BLINK BLINK RINGS and YUTA smashed his "TOY GUITAR" and threw his "TOY PHONES", I was totally cracking. Love it! After the gig I went to ask YUTA why he did that, he said, "Oh, they are so cheap... $2 only"... you gotta give it to that man! LOL

the $1 chant, only did it remind me after sometime, like the song of the tissue selling auntie in Tan pin pin's singapore gaga

2 interesting nights i must say, from all the acts..

Enjoy both nights.. Really like all the performances.. The Yuta/Aya set was simply amazing..
Especially the smashing of the toy guitar..

And George/Lee Kwang set was great too. Actually all the performers did an amazing job.
Nice set by I/D, improv all the way..

tks again to Darren and Tim for making this event happen and allowing ppl to experience experimental/improvised music in a nice setting.........sadly i missed Day 2 but enjoyed what there was on Day 1.

Tim & Darren (as Iron Egg) kicked off w a reeds/laptop noises drone-out followed by our very first drone-doom act Overhaul In Damnation (the soundman shldve been less chickenshit and let the volume go!!). George Chua & Goh Lee Kwang did an awesome set that came close to modern classical music (!!!) and of course the last was my own band I|D. We had a great time in all!!!

did you guys dress approriately for the event? we don't want no ugly fat golfers wannabe gracing the event....

ha!! if only there were.........the next plan is to go heartlands and rockit rockit with the market aunties n' coffeeshop uncles..........let the revolution be complete!!!!

Improv noise for Getai!!!! ghosts sure lose appetite............
