I too am getting sick of Ronaldo's off-the-ball antics. But he has cut downn on diving. He is just too fast and the slightest touch against him, when he's at full throttle, can easily knock him or anyone down.
I seriously wonder if those who call him a diver have ever played football at full speed, as a winger or a striker. Ahem. Ahem. Seriously, it's so easy to fall at the slightest touch, even, as you go full-steam ahead.
As bro Dime has mentioned, he's going to win the the FIFA World Player of the Year 2008 award. So give the man something more than mere negatives.

Also, FIFA not agreeing ? HAHAHA, gimme a break ! Since when has FIFA ever been an objective enough authority on this issue ? They've been known for their incompetency and their foul-ups more than for their fair assessment of the game.
I'm sorry if you feel like I'm criticizing your hero, bro. But Ronaldo's unsportsmanlike conduct will always prevent me from naming him an all-time great like a Zidane, Bergkamp, Van Basten, Zola, etc. They were all winners too, but they did it with grace, honour and dignity. They've all had their one-off incidents in the past, but on the whole, they were players known to play the gam the right way.
Hell, I respect Ryan Giggs and Paul Scholes at Man U for the very same reasons.

Bro fgl, the transfer market is in overdrive+booster+flanger+octaver mode - have to be mindful of that when reading anything to do with transfers.
One has to ensure that the source is reputable. It's going to be this way till the Transfer Window ends and the curtains are drawn.

MODEL PRO ARE U KIDDING?! Have u ANY idea what a dirty player he is? I agree he is a good defender but a model pro no way. The only model pros i know are ryan giggs and solskjaer.
Ok after seeing all these angsty replies right after i posted the above, I hope im not seen as one of those "slammers". haha. Well i DID pity terry for missing the penalty. Poor man did everything right except slip. I SWEAR to god the pitch was HORRENDOUS. The entire match had ppl slipping and falling.
