this is the link to what i've described in the title. for all those gear freaks out there with loads of GAS (handcuff me pls, i'm guilty), this goes to show what some of the older and more experienced have been trying to tell us that always goes unheeded. u only need to have good skills to make ur current equipment sound good

Yup, been following a lot of his videos. He actually makes me interested in getting that package because he succeeds in making it sound so nice. I'm one of the minority who prefers the less expensive gear.

Nothin wrong with GAS lah, my fren. A lot of us here buy gear not solely for the sake of playin better. Take me for example, just for collection sake and to buy our dream gear to admire at home, you know, the workmanship, material, technology etc etc.

Btw, guy in video GOT skills! No doubt! But the gear sounded crap. Really. Sorry - maybe recording device to capture sound was bad??
