Would like to recommend higher end pedals to you but i think they'll be out of your budget 8)

no. it's not intense enough for metal. if you wish to attain such intensity, go for a metal-type distortion instead.

erm. yupyup the coolcat distortion is really a POWER..
but hmm reeally aha its true bypass. and btw below $120 may be enuf to reach your desired tone but erm.. but if $120 for secondhand items. erm haha may reach out even more. you should try and pedal demos at yotub

erm about the fab metal. thats not a good choice tho as it sounded a lil muddy and ahah! but its really metal! soooo heavy.haha !

btw if you are really interested .you can get my ds-7 biyang cheapcheap.

This is the deal ....good stuff comes with a price as it needs increased 'detailed' attention and the parts sourced for it's prerformance....all this = > $$$

Even if you can get get good tone/performance ...it will not last!

Cheap will always be cheap ...in quality and delivery!!
