Can you guys advice me about Ibanez RG Series?

I see videos on youtube, and it seems like a good heavy metal guitar. But does it only sound good with high distortion? The clean tones, are they good?

when it comes to tones, i believe we are better off not associating the brand names to performance. is Ibanez an exclusive guitar for intense/ metal music? the answer is a definite 'NO'. does it do well clean? the guitars in general are OK in clean mode, do not expect fantastic cleans from lower-tier models sporting in-house pickups.
