For VHC, I think this would be the best idea.

For VH, I don't think doing at someone's home would be a good idea. Like the one(Chalet) Sage made previously would be nice though I didn't attend it. If we're more organised and where we can really be sure whose coming we can set up a pool of funds where we could do it just about anywhere. Only collect the fund when we've all decided where and what it is used for. In this way, no one will hold any monies after the event is over. A new event another new collection.

Just a thought though.
