Boss ds 1 selection

hey softies,
i am geting my first distortion pedal and i am looking at the boss ds 1 beez Mod.
jus wondering, how wud you compare a beez modded ds1 against the boss turbo distortion or the mike modded live turbo ds 1?

1 thing. go down & try. so many people will give you different opinions. If possible, try the Hughes & Kettner Tubeman.

Haha I agree too. Or you can try going Youtube and see if theres any video on these 2 pedals. I heard that kurt cobain changed from Ds-1 to turbo/mega distortion. Maybe the latter is much more versatile.

Try the modded ones.. Those you should REALLY consider:
Keeley modded
Monte Allums modded
Beez mod
Mike mod

And while you're at it, try the Japanese DS-1s as well, and if you are lucky, a Japanese silver screw as well..
