yea it definitely clashes...I think this happened cos the organizers aren't really the same.

F1 Rocks organizers are organizing this gig thing for multiple countries and trying to make it a standard for F1 races.

Meanwhile the local organizers have already tried to make this music thing happen.

That's just my guess =)

They didn't foresee it i guess
