which is the best wah in ur opinion? is the slash signature wah advisable? or is the dimbag wah better? both are crybabys

different people have different opinions on the WAH

there is no better or worse.

its one's own opinion.

U want a classic type of wah or a modern sounding? I use a vox 847 n i like it, much better than the gcb95, n i got it brand new onli 104 at citymusic, they have 1 pc lefvt i think.

Of course there r much better wahs, like budda....etc

hmmm.. why crybabies?

I'd stand with a morley anytime over crybabies anytime, but i guess it really depends on your kind of playing, morley goes very well with distortion and has a wider sweep while a crybaby gives you a crispier 'wakka-wakka' kind of voicing .

but then again if you're bent on a crybaby then i'd say the two are pretty similar, cept for the fact that dimebag's got that adjustable range thing on the side right?

either that or you get a decent crybaby and mod it so it doesn't make your tone sound like paper at least.

the only crybabies worth getting IMO are the dimebag and 535q, the only 2 i've ever felt sounded good. but they still had that abrupt and slightly thin sounding sweep range like in the other crybabies.

rmc3 is a great wah i've heard, but cant change on the fly, you gotta open it up to change the controls if im not wrong.

If you have no budget, buy 535Q.
If you have budget, buy RMC. Straight forward. No need waste time researching.

95Q no clickety clack :D
I have yet to know it's disadvantages..if anyone here knows..please tell..coz so far I've been using it for quite a long time..and I have not found anything wrong with it..

i use a GCB-95Q too...wad i dun like bout it is that at the 1-4 position very muddy than from 4-10 position suddenly got a jump haha this is when used wit a distortion
