Best Solid State amp for metal?

none (there's no best, it's all too subjective & personal). but here are some recommendations (>30W):
Peavey XXL (if you can still find one...):
Sound Drive SG612R:
Peavey Bandit 112:
not forgetting Randall's Ninja combo (this one's 30W):

yeah i thought randall would make the list.
I know its all personal preference, but what are your personal preferences for solid state metal amp?
imagine you needed a new amp, and all you could get is a solid state amp up to 30watts, which amp would you choose and why?
EDIT: Try replacing BEST with FAVORITE, maybe that will help

even the 'favourite' consideration won't manifest an exclusive preference for me- when i bought the XXL, i thought this amp's it. the best distortion saturation & intensity plus some varied voicings in the mix. the amp's also wattage variable 25W/ 50W/ 100W but this was all before i tried the Sound Drive.
in the name of simplicity & performance which addresses my needs (as oppossed to anything else) i'd go for the sound drive but it's >30W...
in the smaller wattage category, the Ninja combo is hard to beat.
