Bass switchable between fretted and fretless

this might sound insane, but check this out. This guy plays a bass that can switch instantenously at will from fretted to fretless and back. Gosh. Where can we buy this bass if it even exists..

this concept has been around for quite some time already, but it probably won't make it very far, considering it'll cost alot to manufacture.

also, going from fretted to fretless means you have a very high-action fretless...

wow so it indeed exists...pricey though.

I think a high action fretless is a matter of getting used too. just like playing the double bass.
