this are the 2 offences that might have been committed under the Penal COde
Criminal breach of trust.
405. Whoever, being in any manner entrusted with property, or with any dominion over property, dishonestly misappropriates or converts to his own use that property, or dishonestly uses or disposes of that property in violation of any direction of law prescribing the mode in which such trust is to be discharged, or of any legal contract, express or implied, which he has made touching the discharge of such trust, or wilfully suffers any other person to do so, commits “criminal breach of trust”.
Cheating.
415. Whoever, by deceiving any person, whether or not such deception was the sole or main inducement, fraudulently or dishonestly induces the person so deceived to deliver any property to any person, or to consent that any person shall retain any property, or intentionally induces the person so deceived to do or omit to do anything which he would not do or omit to do if he were not so deceived, and which act or omission causes or is likely to cause damage or harm to any person in body, mind, reputation or property, is said to “cheat”.
Punishment of criminal breach of trust.
406. Whoever commits criminal breach of trust shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 7 years, or with fine, or with both.
Punishment for cheating.
417. Whoever cheats shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 3 years, or with fine, or with both.

i guess lots have been informed of this
lets see wat will happen
and if there no announcement made by mellisa or kenneth
it would be best if all the bands who have fall victims to the scam
make a police report together

xactly what i think we should do
ok guys. i met up with kaisheng just now. he said that we can report this to the police. after all, we're not at fault here.
me and my keyboardist are going to Barcode tmr to check up with them. see if there really is a competition going on.
if there is, we gotta contact kenneth. if there isn't, well, well, well.
anyways, we're thinking of waiting till after saturday before we carry on with the police report. besides, the first round of auditions is 'supposed' to start this sat rite?
and for the report, me and my band can't be the only one reporting. we needsome people from other bands to come down and report as well. as proof that she did this to a other bands as well.
this is my plan la. anybody who knows their full names, it's better. please guys, don't give any awful comments. we're trying to stop this from happening again in the future..

but anyway, there is SUPPOSED to be a competition going on. like i said, Jason was supposed to go down and sign the agreement and pay the deposit for the rental a couple of days ago but he didn't show up.
