neu: yea. i mean, end of the day, i can't realli change anything. i just wish to comment on the mentality of sellers. its a free world out there! but i just wanna remind fellow mates that we should be more considerate.

I know, I was there at the back queueing and joking about the lorry thing with my friends. Queueing is a gamble. I stayed overnight and in the end bought nothing, but still laughed it off.

i think u can literally do that for sweelee. no one will stop u. but u will get angry stares behind. u like that? perhaps u belong to the category i am discussing.

If like that can earn a lot of money, end of year swee lee sales i'll be first in queue, walk in, put my credit card on the table and say "I'll take everything, my lorry is downstairs".

haha good one.. but you have to beat me first.

hm.. i didnt check the mixer but yup i shall edit my words. its pretty (freaking/cancel) darn cheap. alright that helped.

anyways did anyone read my post on Evelyn Glennie?

drumnoob: got ur point  dun worri, we appreciate the advice.. jus dun turn it into a flaming thread or quote names/nicks..

if u look @ the Luther Music ad page, inside got 1 coward (or rather sales policeman) repeat my ad + increase the price & quote my nick..

a worse idiotic & i can't do nothing about it. hope that guy can wake up his idea

i tink i jus went off - point!! oops..

as in, perhaps u was sacastic. but i was surprised a guy who calls me noob agrees with u. to tink he was the one saying 180 might be alot to other ppl, peanuts to other ppl. same here. defination of noobs differs. gerald DO know alot about your mixer. lmao

well, i am nt in the position to advise any of u. i just wanna raise tis issue up. i believe there r many souls outside trying to get a quick buck off their stuffs. be it sweelee sales or 2nd hand pricing. as long is reasonable, i hav no issues. :)

and as for the zildjian cymbals erm... i think they are quite reasonably priced as in they are fairly good condition (although the fotos are like a yr old??), the oni way that wld be more ex than yamaha if ur thinking the guy used staff discount...

i take that back... they ARE overpriced for second hand cymbals... yamaha students get 13% off and looking at a k custom HYBRID crash 17" which retails at 410 after student discount is around 350+? thath guys 15" k custom dark crash is already 320 for cymbals more than 7 months old... the a custom and z custom is quite ok la but for second hand cymbals its not a very great deal... like i said he didnt post recent pics so u will nvr noe how they look like now as the pics he provided were taken october las yr after he bought em so they look new cuz duh~ he jus bought them at the point he took it

i agree with drumnoob on certain ads i've seen, particularly those that try to trick "beginners".
stuff like, Ibanez beginners guitar ___ (the jumpstart one) going at 300 with amplifier. *sweet talk about the item here* *sweet talk about all the free stuff that comes with it here*

and they have no shame to just say, ibanez jumpstart package. sigh

eh ny: i tink the zildjians are not. just taking 1 example. 15" k custom. i believe yamaha onli selling like .. 200+? higher range of 200 near 300 bucks. one shouldn't offer higher than first hand righT? tat is reasonble in my opinion.

the morale of the story is. Check what you buy online and do your homework! That way, they have no way of tricking you!

My evelyn glennie thread is still empty man! No one's going? there was a jazz concert on monday i think featuring chad wackerman. again.. i dont think many people went. we should create a thread for this concerts!

k custom 200 plus? man i wld loveeee to see that man... 300 or a bit abv is rare for K custom already, we're talking bout zildjian K's here... unless ur talking bout the guy having staff discount 25% offf which is highly unlikely

oya joshie... i dont think this will reach 10 pages... i think after 5 pages ppl will get sick of it n wun be bothered... unless someone suddenly makes some stupid comment and then a whole new topic is started within this thread... not giving ideas...........................

i wonder y soft doesn't hav a chat room or sumting like tat. irc platform sort of thing.

anyway the morale is nt realli asking people to check throughly the market before their purchase. of course it iis best for them to do that. but sellers got to be more considerate.

what do u guys think of people bringing in brand new gears at cheaper rates from overseas and charging them a fee for it. when i say a fee, it is really a FEE! 1 example,

1 dw pair of double pedals - 700+ in sg 500+ in usa

he brings in and charge 600+

u guys find it ok? or believe that he could hav make do with 550. 50 as freight fee. note: he is just doing u a favour. not a business man. he is a music mate whom u know.
