thats why shld further differntiate bet influential and kvlt hahahah.............influential presumes you've sorta helped change directions for the local music scene be it the music/sound, the fact u were the first buncha jokers to do it and affect other ppl etc.

kvlt is more like unheralded generally by most ppl, maybe 'cause u were a lil too far ahead of yr time etc..........

but then again, seeing as the history of Spore indie/alternative music has been pretty fragmented even from the onset, bound to get many subjective additions to any list. Like when i see some of the names listed i'm like WTF mate??? glad they blew yr mind but hopefully u werent the only fellow listening ahahaha...............

while its a bit in da face, but imho, theres some truth to it.

Ronin was formed in 2001 I think!
Electrico around the middle of the 90s!
Pug Jelly was formed, i Think, towards the turn of the millennium!

There was this band "Gingerbread" around the same time as Tokyo Square (Within You Remain). Gingerbread's hit song is "Roses". Played on radio everyday.
