It's a slow work day...just killing time waiting for the end of the day and the weekend so lets get this ball rolling

Are you like your forum persona ...

e.g. - me, Im pretty much serious in real life and dont really talk too much (except to ppl who know me well / kakis or when I get comfortable with ppl),

another example I can vouch for: aquanaut - snarling tiger in the forum but puppydog with big brown eyes and a heart of gold in person...

whats YOUR story? :cool:
 
I am a pussy in real life, running away from any troubles/difficult situations when theres any.

iam only a typical internet warrior who never like to walk the talk

i dont like to talk much in real life coz by the 3 sentences, people will know iam an empty vessel making noise

iam politically correct most of the time in real life coz it aint nice to be bitchy all the time, unless inside internet forum

i put on mask and assumed different roles when meeting different people, sometime i like to be dominatrix, at times i submissive

i suck more in real life than online

Personally I feel that more than 50% of the people you meet online are not who they are. The internet is an anonymous place, where people are free to assume other identities and personas, be it good or bad.

For me, I believe that I'm not so different in real life from an internet forum. I choose not to be politically correct all the time because I strongly believe that one should stand for what he or she believes in, and not cave into public or peer pressure.
 
i guess in real life, i'm much a talkative guy lol! but rather quiet when on forums! weirdd yaah!

That shows that Snuffleupagus is a veteran. Hehehe...!! Previously he was the imaginary friend for Big Bird. For years he is until recently or maybe not to recent after all.

Snuffleupagus came out... in the '90s. He was Big Bird's imaginary friend for the longest time till CBS decided to make it real as it's not too healthy, by some children psychologist's standards.
 
Snuffs, is there some deep rooted hidden meaning to ur choosing BB's ex imaginary friend as ur nick? Do tell ....
 
Only similarity is I like to keep low profile. Though IRL I'm more quiet, don't talk, abit spaced out also lol. Online can talk more, have more guts :P

i'm about the same, i should think.

i always get surprised when i meet online friends who talk alot online and are damn shy in real life.
 
i think im around the same too.

learned to open up a little more over the last few years as compared to last time
