Are the thinline teles good?

I saw a mexican thin line tele retailing for 999 at swee lee,... at the scratch n dent one,... is it too ex att tt price,... ?

Im thinking if i buy it i change the pickups(theyre not the texas type) o an SD hot rail bridge n quarter pound neck... is it a good combi?

was that american/ US? if it´s US then it´s a steal. be warned that thinlines are microphonic. but after listening to people like Jonny Lang, you´ll respect the thinline for what it is...
