the sacs are supposedly filled with air not cushions so it probably may not soak up the sweat and stink, hopefully.

Personally i think getting another guitar is more expensive than trying out straps... maybe u shud try those straps that everyone recomends here.. if all else fails.. get a ligther guitar...

BTW isnt basswood the ligthest guitar wood???
