any place for guitar lesson?

i hope take some lesson. at least something to follow and someone to guide me
i do not know where to take my guitar lesson i'm so confusing. any good place to recommend with a monthly fee of MAXimum $100 for begginner , i'm quite poor , at least 4 time 45 min a month and no singing pls lol,( i saw some with 30min and i think it quite to short).
btw what is the different between classical or acoustic lesson? what we would be doing during those lesson

i know! Melody Music at Katong Mall (pls note NOT Katong Shopping Centre) one lesson 45 mins once a week $25 per lesson so that means $100 per month if you choose to have it that way.
