i didn't like john mayer when 'your body is a wonderland' came out, because i thought the title was a little bit :/

BUT then, my friend lent me 'continuum'....
and i really appreciated john mayer for his prowess.

now i can't get enough of his 'heavier things' album as well!

which of his albums does the "bluesy influence" start to become apparent?

i believe its continuum, songs like gravity, slow dancing in a burning room. yeah.

i see him as a white hendrix. really. yeah, alot of srv influence too. i enjoyed him much. nice to see a new blues act and he is soo mainstream and putting on blues to the younger generation. and he got hot chicks(jenniferlovehewwit, jenniferaniston) with him. cant help but be jealous man. loving it though.
