Any idea where to get BBE Supa Charger?

Hi guys i am currently searching for isolated power supplies, and i am looking for a BBE Supa Charger. Anyone knows where to get it and how much will it cost? Alternatively i wouldn't mind the T-Rex fuel tank junior, so if anyone has any comment or review or that pls kindly share it with me. Your kind help and attention will be greatly appreciated, thanx! :mrgreen:
 
What do you need it for anyway - it's nothing special. Make sure you check the current draw of the pedals you want to power. I wanted to use the 12V output to power a Nova delay that was something like 1400ma draw while the BBE put out much less than that.

Result: sold the next day.
 
T-Rex is going friggin cheap at Davis.. These are all isolated PSU no? So how much can they differ? Only no. of outputs and the max draw per output..
The T-Rex has a 2 pin plug (not grounded) but comments said no problems..

Edit: Saw your post on Pedalboard Pictures about the T-Rex's price on eBay compare to the BBE.. Let me emphasize again, DAVIS IS SELLING IT WAYYY BELOW THE MARKET PRICE! Converting to our currency, even without shipping, Davis price is still better.. Saw it and I was wondering how on earth they can sell it at such prices..

um the nova delay has a current draw of 300mA. :S still, the 12V outputs on the BBE only put out 200mA, so if you want the supacharger you'd have to get a Y cable to merge outputs to provide enough juice for a nova pedal.
 
JS bro well i am just looking for a gd isolated power source to power my pedals, and the only fancy digital pedal i have is the nova reverb (does it work for the feul tank or the supa charger) so if all things fail i dun mind continuing to use the provided tc adaptor.

Vernplum I just dun want to continue using the one spot and end up frying my pedals one day thats all, keke but thanx for ur kind input bro, appreciate it.

Godspeed is it really true that davis is slashing the prices to much? cause i converted the price on ebay and it will cost me like S$160+ inclusive of shipping, how much lesser is davis selling?? As for the 2 pin i think can diy and convert it into 3 pin, so no issues abt that i guess.

160 I think.. Dunno lah.. Just go and call em up.. I'll get it if I plan to get another pedaltrain.. Sold my previous one..
 
Sorry to say i was late and someone else got in front of me haiz.....but hopefully davis still has them. Well it's not so much of gas but more like protecting my loved pedals in my case. No point getting the fuel tank classic cause it's not isolated which i don't understand why lol.
 
How many great sounding pedals have you removed eventho it sounded good but couldn't tolerate the noise?
It's all about ground loops and noise/hum that have even led some to give up pedals.
I don't feel safe powering ~$1000 worth of pedals with a $30 unfiltered power supply.

Well, as a tech i can also add to the amount of pedals i have seen fried by that "cheap and good" power adapter.

Do you think the people from BBE or Voodoo labs want to bother with a product that can be subsituted with a $30 power supply? Think!

As for those "multi effects" wannabe pedals with high current draw processors :) (with high mA needs), just upz with another power adapter.
My whammy has it's own tap since it's a guzzler.

Yeah - I know my numbers are mixed up, but anyway, it didn't work at the time. If you found a workaround, cool.
 
Davis is selling the fuel tank junior for $120 for sure cause i just went and checked but the screwed up thing is we gotta wait for 2 MONTHS!!! And the other places r selling at ard $170 haiz........

Eh i didnt see the classic on display, but i guess u can order through them the only thing is that the wait is too damn long........
