i dunno if theres a thread on ds but after metalfest yesterday i found out that music garage,scape wont be accpeting metal gigs no more.scape will be having theire last and heaviest gig end of this month.isit 100 per cent true?

its no big deal really.....even baybeats and esplanade is doing that. no metal allowed and Suicide Solution was warned when they covered a few metallica songs. Bummer really, cos Joe Suicide was really cool and we really enjoyed ourselves.

As much as im a metal lover, i've come to grips with the fact that its going to be pretty difficult to make it in the local scene if you play metal exclusively. take your craft somewhere where people will appreciate metal without prejudice.

I'm planning to do the same as soon as i get the chance to do so SPG mentality will never change here
