install lo.. u'll feel like sleeping in heaven and probably go to school or work late...
then maybe we all should launch a "Get vheissu an Air-Con" Concert!
and not wearing clothes.. guys.. what about the ugly people?
I don't know about u all but i doubt that i'm watching Live Earth. Free Show? Creating awareness thru a 24 hr electricity guzzling heat inducing concert? bollocks. its better to just create lotsa recycled posters and DAMN GOOD commercials.

wearing GREEN means squat.
Only kids or those with a mentality of a kid will respond. Wear green to create awareness? Bull.
Sign of solidarity? For one fricken day? And THEN WHAT?
Lets focus on the end result.
All wear green on 070707. No green tee? Nevermind, lets go buy one even though you know you won't wear it anymore. Waste clothes.
Next day, all back to normal. No change in lifestyle, no change in attitude, no change at all.
Do something REAL. Go hug a tree or something. :twisted: :lol:

i really dun have aircon.. lol i sleep with fan.. not because no money lah.. my house so windy... dun even need aircon 8)
and also when i young i got asthma cannot sleep with aircon.. haha..

Yeah my place is windy too, so no need for an air con too. I've been to marine parade places near water, those places totally don't need air con. A good fan that doesn't make much noise and voila, the night's good. And my folks and grandfolks have done that. So there's no need just yet.
You may say that air con saves lives, but have you all thought about the amount of electricity used and the amount of heat that's produced by the central unit? The cause of those heat waves is the heat produced elsewhere, for example, an air con! XD

I guess their intention's there, but unless the goverments of the worlds put in some seriously harsh rules against the will of countless corporations, those concerts will not be very useful.

Lets just take a least amount, 10,000 people attend only ONE of the concerts held, wouldn't that make MASSIVE HUMAN TRAFFIC ON BUSES??? people coming with cars needs land to put their cars - MAKING SPACE FOR CARPARK LOTS! and food makers would be very lucrative of sourcing to 10000 hungry souls out there....
An accountancy group to check the carbon emmission and offset it?? might aswell save the money and use it ALL to offset them.. not CONSERVATIVELY!!!!

Come to marina bay, Yea i'll be wearing, infact alot of people will be wearing green this sat or every other saturdays anyway, ironically for the ultimate waste of national resources every year.
