Amplifier in need of fixing

Hello guys,

I have recently when back to playing and realise that my amp is a lil off.

Firstly, its a Marshall MG 15Fx that was bought roughly 3-4 years ago.
The amp dont seem to perform as well in general. And swapping between the four channels "clean, crunch, OD1 and OD2" changes the volume of the output.

Will love to hear some suggestion on where i can get it fix, or why and how it happens. Any help is welcome! Thanks a ton

PS: Im a dumb shit when it comes to guitar, i just like to play.

Do check if the amp has storable presets. If yes, then you are able to vary the volume for individual channels.
