Advice needed for crappy Ableton

Advice needed for crappy software Ableton (dead! Not life)…
I bought a m-audio keyboard as it comes wif “free” ableton: but when I set up the software the 2nd time (the first time I reformat my comp) it could not unlock so I couldn’t use it now.

anybody got the solution? thanks

I wouldn’t have bought m-audio if I know ableton was so crappy!!

Did you change any hardware? Does the unlock require internet verification? If yes to both, that's probably the reason why the unlock code doesn't work. They thought you are trying to install in another computer. Just contact their technical support and they should help you unlock it.

konsandy : I know nothing about ableton but if I recall right you're not very comp-literate, so do try to calm down and have patience with getting used to today's technology heheh. like what cheez says, the support will help you out.

thanks to cheez who tried t help me loking for options too. for idionts who can't symthpathise pls scramp off i don't need ppl are who are too free reading all post in SOFT trying to put ppl down ... whether it's crappy or not or wether i'm computer illeterate leave yr opinion to yrself

u hav to unlock it online. either using your own com or other coms with internet connection. after tt it should be done.
