cut off just the 2 pin head. i think it's quite self explanatory. Cut off the cable and watch ur money go down the drain?

icic thanks alot. but i wonder if changing to 3 pin will void the warranty? guess i hav to call them up and ask.

Yea it will definitely void. But it's not like ur amp is gonna die in the nxt few days. If really unsure bring it to ur local electrical store. He shld be able to fix it properly for u with no hassle.

Anyways i quote this from a friend la.

whitebrokenriff: the amp's power cable head has 2 pin. Cut it off. If u were thinking abt the guitar cable, then it's totally way off.

HAHAHA, all along i was thinking about the power cord from the amp, not the guitar cable la! lol. i thought if u wanted to change to a 3 pin u need to do something to your amp as well thats why

Wow.. tht was kinda risky... Wat if i wired wrongly and blow my amp?? :lol:

can buy a spare cable and do the wiring on tht instead??
