Right now I paying for this vocal teacher S$440 for 4 X 1 hour lesson. but I do not have any commitment like serving in church ministry choir or backup singer or a perform on stage.

As I have full time working on day, should I go for cheaper but suitable enough no need to be so good as what the price itself? I find that this vocal teacher the way she teach not so suited to me as I attended 3 lessons as next week is last lesson before I decided to continue another lesson with her. I find myself a bit struggling in third lesson then she started to give me the first song after taught to warm up using scale to teach a bit and the rest cover next week?

I been learning vocal for leisure over four years never study in music or exam before except I passed theory grade 5 exam ABRSM. My blog to know about me is http://www.thomas81.com http://www.youtube.com/kokwee81

Woah.. thats alot of money spent on Vocal Class. You can check out Music Garage for leisure vocal classes. I was from another school but changed to music garage a few months ago. I feel that their courses are more affordable for students like us since we're just learning for leisure. The instructor's teaching style is also quite different..I've improved a lot in my vocals :) Hope this helps!

I find one music school asking me for individual vocal duration of 45 minutes or 1 hour, which should I choose since I not known of that teacher before?
