Hi all,
I'm kinda a purist. I don't like to use effects or modulations, and I play stuff ranging from rock to heavy metal. I'm starting an all-analog pedalboard (for a purist, its more worth it than getting multi-effects) and I'm wondering if this is enough:
Guitar > High-gain distortion > Overdrive > Amplifier > Cabinets (future la...)
I've never ventured into pedalboard territory until recently so really need advise so I can plan my budgets and savings, etc. I use humbucking pick-ups exclusively, into a solid state amp (I get my clean tones from the amp and tube drive tones from my pedals).
Advise? Or is it enough? Thanks!
