3 questions on strings

1) where can i find .056 d'addario nickel roundwound single strings? looked around peninsula and closest match was .054 SIT stainless steel singles from davis. i prefer d'addario nickel roundwounds, but couldn't find .056

2) will using a combination of stainless steel and nickel wound strings cause tonal/volume imbalance between strings?

2) will a .056 fit a typical superstrat's nut slot?

hais... read you own previous thread... ur question was answered.

1) Dont know where to find just one .56

2) it definitely wont fit the nut or at least sit in properly for best performance. Most 6 strings guitar are not setup with nut slot specifically cut for .56 gauge. Either you replace the whole nut with individual slots cut to accommodate the thicker gauge or live with the imperfection of strings sitting ontop the slot instead of in the slot.
