2004 Gibson Custom shop (Jeff Beck model)
Great guitar sounding guitar, both acoustically and plugged in. Upgraded with Pigtail wraptail bridge, Tonepros locking studs, Florance Voodoo 59 pickups, and RS Guitarworks electronics.
The color is Oxblood. It looks black at first sight but in strong light it's a very dark brown.
The Pigtail piece has a top ridge to get the intonation closer, and to my ears it intonates perfectly even with bar chords down the neck.
S$3,000 firm local pickup (no case)
I've had my share of high end Les Pauls, but this one is up there with the "special" ones. You have to get a top end replica (S$10,000 and up) to go a small increment up from here. That's what I did and therefore this can go.
I'm moving next week and will have a couple more international moves in my future, so I want to lighten the load, else I would just hold on to this.
