I don't think this guy who bought it SGD400 from your friend was wrong. Your friend could have easily sold him for something more worth than 2k.... really. As far as I know, there is nothing like this left in the world now. More like an extinct stuff, and I have seen the same at Germany at a Munich music store for 4000 Euros. So it depends what you know about it.
