Just listing 10 is so difficult, but these are some of my all time favourites.. For current favourites i'd list bands like Beneath The Massacre, Between The Buried and Me, Psycroptic, Zyklon, Yyrkoon, and many many more.. I think its hard for ANY metalhead to name just ten of their favourite bands.. Maybe top 50 would be good.. But who'd read all of that?

Choosing this 10 bands really causes headaches cos there are many other bands in my list. My recent find is **Mercenary. A hidden GEM from Denmark thats unbelievable.

he is one of my idols. his style of palying, everything..his stance, his fingers, his headbanging, his clothes... so awesome

I'm surprised they're so popular? I heard about them from a canadian metal forum. i dunno much about em but someone gave me demonic, the gathering and souls of black and its awesome.

like exodus..but exodus are one of the ebst thrash bands ever.

Sinergy's a good female-fronted power metal band... Isnt Nightwish considered Power Metal as well?
