cool... wanan share why that band u peopel choose?

i choose ataris cuz its the only album i can listen to every song from it and find it nice... some other bands have smash hits.. but listening to other songs.. just dont attract me...

TOTO has some of the finest musicians ever known in a band but yet their music has gotta have the least individualistic traits in their songs. From Africa to Hold the Line, from Pamela to Rosanna... drool..wish i could make that kinda music. A nice blend of every ounce of skill each of them possess.

I jst discovered Jeff Porcaro's secret to the Rosanna shuffle.. lol
he inserted a Bo Diddley shuffle on the bass peds. grr.

Meat Puppets.

They're unpredictable, innovative, guitarist has a hella tone (to me). They have exceedingly weird guitar effects towards their latter half. The bassist is really natural (he can seem to play off and sound ingeniously good), guitar tones for clean, arpeggios, lead are all very memorable.

I've been hooked on them ever since I heard "Backwater".

Cool riffs, fast riffs. Just love the riffs in their songs. Check out psycho love and youth gone wild. U'll get what i mean. Got some ballads too and their ballads are damn nice. plenty of pinch harmonics. My ideal kind of hard rock band. :wink:
