shred, may i ask what do u wana achieve with the analogue filter?

auto wah with dynamics perhaps?

I was checking out alot of filters lately, read all sorts of reviews, posted in forums...EH,tonefactor,DOD,digitech.Emma,Mutron...

heres what i think,

for the tonefactor analogue filter , only thing good about is its true bypass and yes the DOD original schematic taken blah blah.

but tweakability wise, its kinda limited.

My WR3 just arrived from tonefactor yesterday,

and I must say, it is really impressive dude.sounds like my crybaby at certain twitches, and sounds like a mad monster when i add in the gain and slow down the speed....mid range sweep is clear and balanced....

more tweakablity, cos of the switch(dry Blend/)

sensitivity is very very adjustable.

its damn small, looks like an ugly bug, but its real estate friendly.

Its also made in Japan.

I had loads of fun...

:D :D

unless of course u prefer a boutique name. :D :D

Generally, clean funk tones. Not as a wah pedal... or auto wah... basically 1 setting, and thats it. The samples there nailed the tones. :) Really a "specialty pedal.

Of course, I'm open to other stuff, whats this WR3? I can't stand the EH Mini Q-Tron or Doctor Q, didnt' like the vibe. Ain't funky to me.

And True Bypass is really a big plus. Really. No more buffered stuff at the beginning of my chain, sucks so much tone when its off, esp the Boss pedals.

1 boss pedal not so bad la, u shld hear snuff's board. when he switches off his modulation efxs from the chain theres like a volume boost, i kid you not, tts y hes investing in a looper from ark. hehehee

WR3 shiok or not, cute little pedal.

And Brad from tonefactor sent a pack of candy with the order which is cool hehe. Munch. Best online dealer so far in my experience.

yup major difference in tone....My Boss EQ20,Boss AC2,Korg DT 10 and VS H20 really sucks tone as a whole.

Thats why i keep them on a loop currently.

WR3, really really fun...playing like slow blues slow runs , the wah will come out when i pick hard only....damn cool for clean....

but for dirty I will probably stick to my Crybaby or my soon to arrive Wizard cos I want to be able to control everything during leads...

Wizard wah... ooo... nice. ;) When your stuff comes in, snuff, we must meet. :P

I'm thinking of a modded Vox wah (essentially the Budda) or the RMC2.

Oh how about the FGM400? 8)

that Warp Factory is dope man... this forum could really benefit from more ppl who are into this experimental shite...

but rack-based effects are abit troublesome, no?
