I simply love BC Rich guitars as well.

Unfortunately not every piece of bird off the shelf is good. I have encountered terrible fret work on most of my njs. Then again I have a couple of nj gems which i will never part with.

Tone wise I've got no complaints. I prefer the birds anyday compared to other brands. They make excellent stage and recording guitars. The latest Rudra album was recorded with BC rich guitars. You can check out www.myspace.com/vedicmetal.

cost me 500 odd at guitar connection for the licensed black FR parts and routing, and also for the black wilkinson tuning machines.

i felt it was a bit pricey (Worksmanship alone was 300???) but it was pretty well done, except they didn't clean my guitar properly after that or didn't take too much care so there were scratches all over

Oh i asked guitar connections ytd. Well since i knew uncle kelvin for the past 2 yrs. He offered me $450 but tnks anyway for quoting the price for me, its a great help.
