Can I hear some recommendations for great Blues bands, tracks or guitarists to check out?

Frankly, Blues to me is mainly SRV, Kotzen and the related big names.

David Gilmour - cry from the street and a few other songs from david gilmour - self titled

is awesome. jsut same riff thing over and over. I'll send it if you like.

I'm pretty familiar to AC/DC, Clapton and SRV. But not the rest, and I'll be sure to check them all out.

I like EJ, but I don't know if I'd consider him as a blues fellow, and I'll definitely check out Cry from the Street and the other solo works by Gilmour. :wink:

As already mentioned by AEnimic and strats, I highly encourage you to listen to Cream! A power-trio in all senses of the term.

EDIT: I thought I should also point you at some songs by them that I personally enjoy, "I Feel Free" , "Crossroads" and "Sunshine of Your Love" are some big hits back in those days.
