Hi there,
I just heard the piano version of Cruel Angel Thesis from Neon Genesis Evangelion six days ago, and I found it so beautiful that I set myself a goal to master it within a week. Master = Play it like the video below.

This is the seventh day, last day for me to nail it down, but I really can't get the bass line the person does in the song, which is so much more resonant and powerful. I can get by the entire song, but it just sounds so pathetic compared to the beauty that the guy creates. Right hand is no problem, I just want to figure out what he does for his left hand!!!!
Argh! By fire I'll try and master it today! If you have any idea, please help, its IMMENSELY APPRECIATED.
