hello everyone

just wondering which MP3 player you own. does brand matter? why/ why not?

i don't own a stand-alone mp3 player. used to have a cheap one but gave it away after owning a PDA/ handphone with an MP3 feature. i still don't get the iPOD hype...

Eh, I own both an iPod Touch and a Panasonic MP3 player,

I prefer my Panasonic MP3 player. It has a better sound and has the bass options which I want for my metal music. But the thing is it lacks a EQ equalizer to fit others' needs and it is not user-friendly.

The iPod is just over-hyped although I think the iPod Touch is really cool. But I think iPod music quality is lousy.

well, brand for me matters. its plug and play coz im a mac guy.

so im sticking to ipods. it aint tbe best quality but hey, its just to listen when you;re out. When you're at home, you use proper speakers with your com or cd player. haha. yeah.

err ipods used to be user unfriendly, and always will be known those times as it lacked battery life. but now i think apple has changed the way ppl perceive the ipod, in terms of shape,design, and sleekness. yeah and of course i do own an ipod, word be spoken, i had it for 3 years and it hasn't failed me since. to me the ipod is enuff to satisfy my needs, as i do not need any eq or any of that .

haha cd players err i use it on and off, but i still keep it for the sentimental value, and well erm, who knows? it may be a familiy heirloom or something that can be passed down from one generation to the other, maybe not so much on the ipod generation tho.

i hope so too. Firstly, my parents will kill the shit out of me. Secondly, I cannot live without my MP3 player and my headphones when I'm traveling. Thirdly, I will feel so sad and devastated. Fourthly, I will want to kill the robber and I will get killed in return.

i have an ipod vid 30 gig. I only bought it because of its immense space. But i intend to get an ipod touch ONLY when there is 60 gig and above. I ll be putting SEASONS of shows in it, i ll definitely need a heavenly amount of space

I use a samsung mp3 player, which my dad gave me. Only 512mb.... I don't need 10,000 songs on the mrt & bus.

It has a neat ivory case and matching strap to hang on my neck. Its so cute that people stop me to ask me what it is.

One thought that its compact powder.

An iPod Touch isn't cheap and I tell you, it's not worth the money. And a 60GB iPod Touch will definitely cost a bomb, if they succeed in creating one.

Get an iPhone instead. Looks the same and has more useful functions than the iPod Touch. But of course, I shouldn't really compare. iPhone is afterall a phone.

samsung yp9 user here. chose the samsung for sound quality. used to own ipod but found the sound quality unsuitable for me. my samsung and UE earphones equals sonic pleasure. longest lasting mp3 player i've owned to date. hehe.
