Well, I guess this should be another thread, but since we are talking about flash RAM...

Tyros 4 is going to be out in a few weeks. And rumours has it that it also has expandable flash RAM (the same ones for MOTIF XF). How cool is that!!!!

Are they gonna add the CFIII & S6 pianos in there too? I really hope they have done something new to Tyros4 design...if they can make the PSR-S series so sleek, why can't they do the same for the Tyros?

Yes, indeed. For acoustic sounds, samples will always be better. I guess until keyboards start to increase the memory to take in more 3rd party samples. With the Flash RAM option in the new Yamaha's that may very well be possible! Do you know what format of samples they can load into their flash RAM? I assume just wav and at most mp3. Possible to load in multisamples?
