Hi All,
I have decided to let go my Yamaha TRB5II (Made-In-Japan) and yes, it's the beautiful Wine Red colour as shown in the pictures below. This is the original batch of the "good wood" Yamaha TRBs that were released in Japan. I have upgraded the stock preamp to Aguilar OBP-3 to make it sound more powerful and to it more headroom to the sound as it's running on +18V instead.. twice the headroom sound.
The Aguilar OBP-3 preamp is very new; only about a month old. When you buy it, I will also give you the box that used to contain the Aguilar OBP-3 preamp but now it is used to keep the original stock Yamaha TRB5II preamp. You'll get to have both preamps when you buy it!
This bass has been fixed with nice strap lock instead of the lousy stock ones. And I'll be throwing in a simple and rarely used bass strap by planet waves. The bag that I will be giving away to you for this purchase of this bass would be a Gator "slinger" bass bag.
In total, I'm selling this at SGD$1370.
