Hi guys! Looking to sell my Vox Night Train 15 head and cabinet!
The head has been retubed a month back with matched JJ EL84s and also changed the fuse. Plenty of life in that amp since the main reason tube amps requires maintenance is rectified (lol pun right there).
I was surprised that the JJs add plenty of sparkle in the top end and slightly more headroom compared to the stock ones (Sovteks I think).
My speaker has been broken in nicely and this amp has been used 80% at home, 15% at jams/recording level and 5% at gigs (actually used only once at a gig).
Current City Music price for the head would be SGD$595 and SGD$289. Together it will cost $884 to purchase this amp! Even during the sale the cost is around $780 according to 2011's catalog.
I'm selling this head and cabinet for $700! If you live somewhat nearby (east/northeast/central) I could deliver it to your place if I am free (as long as not north like Yishun/Woodlands and west like Jurong/CCK). If not, self-collect at Eunos!
