Selling a mint TC Electronic Shaker Vibe, no dings or scratches, comes with box, manual and cable. Right now it's essentially a 2 in 1 pedal which can function as a chorus as well as a vibe or vibrato. A cool feature about this is that there's a mode called 'Latch' will allows you to activate the effect by holding down the footswitch and once you release it, it'll be bypassed. This is great for emphasising specific notes or chords or you can just use it creatively!

Going for 140 (was 180)

sms me at 90775624 to deal

Then the person who buys this is lucky enough to get it for 140 new(almost)! $40 off ($30 in your case) just because I'm nice and I don't sell my used stuff at retail prices unlike certain people!

you guys should sign up for tag-team champions...

carbomoron@ you have done the same to my threads before...dont act angel here =)
J.Custom@ you were the one who started posting shit, so should i report harassment as well?
think before you speak, i think the general public would rather buy new stuff if the difference in price is so minute...

And just to correct you, extra stocks are not used products, you have no proof that i used it...1993 kid..what do you know about tube products? you are merely new to this market...nice try

I can easily turn the tag-team into a gang bang if needed.

I'm sorry you feel that way, but i'm pretty sure my post on that ad had no ill intentions at all and I just wanted to inform you of the price.

Or the person could save on that $40 to buy something else or for a rainy day.

I wasn't referring to anyone specific hence the use of the words 'certain people', oh but since you want to take the blame for them, why not?

Yeah so what if I'm new to this market? I never boasted that I was an expert on tubes and knew every single NOS tube and their different characteristics. Wasn't even trying anything to begin with. So nice try to you:)

Hello Japanese-username guy. Sorry, I don't read nor speak Japanese, so I can't think of a more polite way to address you. I'd like to call you "Bro" but your attitude is simply unbecoming for a fellow musician.

I do understand if you wanna inform the general public of a product being too highly-priced so that no one gets conned or robbed in broad daylight, but please do so in a nice, constructive manner. What you've just done is obviously showing you have something against the seller.

Not that you're any angel yourself. I remember you selling some patch cables at ridiculous prices. And when questioned, you never answered back. At least J.Custom had the decency to reply you. Grow up, will you?

Hey jap guy. No offense but don't be such a sour grape here and spoiling others posts. Everyone have the right to price their own gears. In this case i feel J.custom is doing no wrong to anyone by giving a fair price. If you're so concern about him why not pm him or call him about it?

I've been to Japan and the people there are polite and nice. Don't tarnish their name ya.

I assume that this argument started because of J.custom's thread on the Shuguang Tubes?
If so then i hope that both individuals would iron out their differences. I love this place, got some great deals here and don't want to see it turn into a battlefield.
In my opinion, J.custom was wrong to have suggested that the Japanese dude was overpricing his items (my personal interpretation) and Jappy was wrong to have reacted in the way he did. No need for personal attacks from both parties.
I don't know if you guys have some personal dispute but i hope that you would settle this quickly and peacefully.
No need for unconstructive comments here.

His price of $25 (vs $30 new) is about 1% worse than J.custom's price of $140 (vs $170 new). Minute, but statistically significant!

Nobody pointed any fingers at him but he personally took offence.

Some of his "new old stock" Chinese tubes are used and taken from amps traded to him.

His "mint" pedals like the Whammy ($350 vs $260 new+shipping) and SD Pickup Booster were all used on his pedalboard (but quite ingeniously wrapped, credit to him).

Paying for advertising does not entitle him to posting in the free classifieds for business purposes.

He complained about some guy's amp stand being posted under amplifiers, but tried to justify himself for posting power supplies under pedals and not accessories.

I don't know if you guys have some personal dispute but i hope that you would settle this quickly and peacefully.
He targets anyone who threatens his business so be careful not to offend him.

I doubt he's Japanese, but if he is, let's be nice.
On and he's not Japanese (though he tries very hard to look like it in real life)

Hey all,

Firstly, let's not call the guy with the Japanese user name "Jap". The word "Jap" is considered offensive to Japanese people (kinda like calling a black man a nigger). I doubt he's Japanese, but if he is, let's be nice.

I do however think that the Japanese guy's got a fairly flawed argument. J.Custom can sell his product at any price he wishes. The market dictates that if he's set his price too high, nobody's going to buy it either. On a side note, if you consider that the retail price is $180, $40 off isn't shabby. Far from overpriced.

I read the shuguang tubes thread and think it's a different situation. J.Custom was not attacking him for overpricing, merely pointing out that his tubes were cheaper. While that might not have been the friendliest thing to do, it scarcely amounts to abuse of business ethics. This conflict is frankly getting childish.

I see, my mistake then.
I guess anyone can price their good at any price point. But don't mislead others into thinking that the retail price is higher than it is. Of course, with mods, that's different. That's my take. And Mr Japanese/J.custom, sincerely hope you two settle this quickly and help maintain the peace in this place. :)

Totally irrelevant? I didn't noe TC shaker vibe runs on tubes? O.o << sarcasm
And wat's the problem with being 1993 kid, Mr 1988? Are you saying 1993 kids are totally clueless about tube products and must be older in order to understand them? This is an 'awesomely' farcical. << sarcasm

And if you are not happy with the price, then dun buy. Is it so hard? I'm surprised that you 'care' so much for J.custom. He must be very happy <<sarcasm

And congratulation! You are one of the pettiest dude I've come across. << And this is sarcasm.

Brand new shipped cost only SGD170...=/

Kidding me. It costs $225 from Ebenex. Just head down and see the price.
I brought the pedal in myself and traded it with J.custom. With a few other items I was charged shipping plus 5% GST marked up price when I went down to collect the item (which was detained).

It definitely did NOT cost $170. If the item was STILL in my position I would leave my price at $180 and market it, even if it takes me 6 months to sell it cause that is way below market price at our local retailers already.
