Selling my Ibanez SR505. Has played through tons of setlists, tons of stage use (for church). Going for $500. Third hand. Cosmetic condition 6-7/10. Recommended for 4-string players looking to experiment in 5-string, who are looking for a solid quality bass at a small investment. Only the bass, no strap/gig bag included.
The cosmetic condition of this bass, specifically:
1. Mild oxidation on metal hardware (tuning machines, knobs, bridge)
2. Rust on 2 out of 4 screwheads (the ones that connect the neck to the body)
3. 3 flaws (dings?) on the body. 2 from previous owners, on top horn. 1 near cable jack, from an accident.
4. Truss rod cover is not original cover. (Came without a cover when I got it)
5-piece jatoba/bubinga neck
