Missing truss rod cover (replacement on ebay at less than $10)
1 of the tuning pegs is dented (can be replaced by purchasing new pegs)
neck has some cosmetic scrathes.
fretboard needs some polishing and proper cleaning
should put some new string in.
Electronics are in good functioning condition.
Neck is straight.
However, guitar may need a slight setup
