~40 year old Eko Rio Bravo 12 string acoustic guitar, with mahogany back and sides, and spruce top. Made in Italy.
Wood is seasoned really well and upgrades have been made over the years (Tusq saddle, machine heads)
There is a crack along the length of the neck at the back, which is fixable by luthiers; it is still playable.
Condition: 6/10 (crack at back of neck; other cosmetic chips and dings that are to be expected with a 40 year-old piece that was gigged with often).
Due to the damage, I'm looking at only $250 for this vintage piece.

Spruce top: note the pickguard is peeling off; no damage to the top, however.
Pickguard: a closer look at the tears in the finish under the pickguard laminate
Bridge, saddles, pins: No lifting, etc. Great structural condition.
Fretboard: in great condition. Fret's need to be crowned.
Headstock (front): Not in great shape. Chips and cosmetic cracks
Headstock (rear): Crack along the back of the neck can be seen and felt. 2 holes from a previous machine-head upgrade.
Headstock volute: Crack continues down. The lacquer and finish around the volute have cracked and chipped.
Neck (rear): Crack narrows, but ends somewhere near the heel.
Body (rear): In great structural condition; minor scratches and dings.
