WTB: Cheap tele body & maple neck (routed for humbuckers if possible)

Hi all,
Looking for a cheap telecaster body & neck (would be perfect if it were routed to accommodate a humbucker & also a maple neck). Not too concerned about the condition or brand of the body BUT the neck has to be free of cracks/bad frets/warping/etc...
