I'm selling a set, but just to point out: no one will ship free from the US to Singapore. The kit weighs something like 30 kg. So do factor that into your budget. Cheers, hope you find someone selling at your price.

Free shipping is only in the US. I checked both the links you posted. Amazon does not ship the item to Singapore. Sweetwater charges $344 or $416 to ship to Singapore.
Check for yourself. Add the items to your cart and you'll be able to verify what I said. At the Sweetwater shipping price the cost of the drum kit works out to about $1800.
