Well...if that amp needs major fixing and parts overhaul, then probably not. Othewise, it's quite tempting to invest in a piece of nostalgia.

Depends on the amp and the workability. Hell, I'd pay much more than that for the amp SRV used!

That's expensive for a vintage AC30... I've seen them selling in pretty good condition for max $4k. And yes, they were 60s models.

hmmmm....just curious why would u wanna start a tread on this...think it's very clear tat you are referring to the 1969 Vox AC30. Honestly speaking, it's not so nice as comments make in this tread will affect potential buyer's decision.

So what? It's a forum which is meant to be a place to express it's own opinion, otherwise we can all shut up because every opinion might influence someone. Besides if someone is willing to spend 5k SGD then I don't think he/she is impressed that easy from the few comments.
